Our Story
Hello and welcome! I'm Lynnette Ellison; the Main Wing Woman.
I created Wing Woman Plus to help micro and small business owners, Founders and Entrepreneurs help grow their businesses.
With a career spanning 3 decades across retail, hospitality, e-commerce, sales, recruitment, charity and 3rd sector, start-up and entrepreneurship, I've built businesses alongside many founders, as a true 'intrapreneur'. Treating these businesses like my own, I have learned how to become a great marketeer and communicator, with a flair for design, videography, photography and events management.

We plug-in to your business and help with important things you either don't have the time, or expertise to do yourself to help your business grow. We can help you set up all the marketing, communications, processes and strategies to help your business go from strength to strength. And we'll have a laugh along the way!
