Creative Alchemist

Tash’s background isn’t in marketing, which is why she’s such an asset to the team. With a degree in criminology and a naturally creative brain, she looks at things from every angle before making a move. 

She loves that Wing Woman Plus gives her the freedom to think differently and keep learning. Outside work, she has a son with haemophilia and autism, which shapes how she sees the world. She loves puzzles, games, escape rooms and anything with a murder mystery vibe.

Elspeth has nearly 20 years’ marketing experience across brands including John Lewis, Jack Wills, Johnson & Johnson, Care UK and Lloyds. She brings strategic clarity, sharp thinking, and a low tolerance for vague nonsense and ever-shifting social algorithms.

Outside work she’s usually reading, outdoors, singing (never publicly) or playing piano with questionable skill. She does not do mornings, but she’s very likely still thinking about your marketing at 11pm.

Founder

Lynnette has built things from scratch for 25 years across charity, recruitment and tech. She founded Wing Woman Plus in January 2024 to give SME businesses marketing support without the cost of an in-house team.

She’s big on community, brave ideas and creating a safe space where you can test, tweak and try again. Parenting a kid with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (and navigating leukodystrophy with her co-parent) has taught her that every day matters. She brings that energy into everything.
